It’s The History Project’s first-ever Book Club!
The Price of Salt (1952) by Patricia Highsmith.
Join us for an informal group discussion of Highsmith’s only novel about an unequivocal lesbian relationship - though she first published it under the pseudonym "Claire Morgan.” We’ll send out a list of discussion questions prior to the group meeting.
7pm, Thursday, February 24th, 2022, via Zoom.
At this inaugural discussion, we’ll also talk about our plans for the book club: How often should we meet? Should we focus on Boston/New England authors? What should we read next?
RSVP on Eventbrite, link to the Zoom will be sent out the day of the event. Email info@historyproject.org with any questions. For security purposes, Zoom meetings require an authenticated Zoom account, so please be sure to register with Zoom prior to the event.
This event is free and open to the public, any donations made will benefit The History Project. Thank you for your support!
