Raul Cornier will present on the history, evolution, and impact of the gay hanky code on queer culture, dress and sexual identity. Raul Cornier is a graduate student at the University of Rhode Island Department of Textiles, Fashion Merchandising, and Design, with an emphasis on historic textiles and costume.
