In May of 2000, the Millennium Rainbow exhibition opened at Northeastern University, which focused on the history of local LGBTQ youth. The exhibition, as curated by local youth, featured video interviews, photographs, artwork, and documentation related to the evolution of the area's LGBTQ youth movement.
