Celebrating 50 years of LGBTQ+ activism in Cambridge, The History Project has mounted an exhibit in Cambridge City Hall of 48 selected images of artifacts from dance posters to photographs of political protest. Though by no means complete, the images represent the spirit and struggle that made Cambridge into a national leader in the movement for LGBTQ+ rights. Along with The History Project, the exhibit is sponsored by the Cambridge LGBTQ+ Commission and Mayor Marc C. McGovern.
Visit the exhibit Cambridge City Hall Lobby during the month of October, LGBTQ+ History Month.
